We are family of 3 with a child. We booked premium king room with Marina view which appeared to be super miniature.
The reception at the hotel was not that friendly in a way that they acted mechanically not giving a piece of useful information about working hours of buffet, pool and so on.
Buffet service was greatly organized without any queues in the morning. The food was delicious.
In the evening, there were a bunch of Europeans and Americans who were heavily drinking and reveling wildly.

Proximity to Haram is great. Pricing is expensive. Food quality below average for this cost. Service and staff are all professionals are helpful.

这是我们来杜拜的第一站，位置稍远，但环境还好，早上可以在河边遛弯，很多西方人在跑步，酒店不大。有代客泊车服务。

杜拜服务一直一流，早餐丰富，服务员都面带微笑！门口小哥会友好地帮忙停车，环境好，离旁边的购物中心很近。后门出去就是停满游艇的港湾，晚上很适合散步。

环境还是挺不错的，唯一让人不爽的就是最后一天突然搞一个消防演习，弄的立即从5楼跑下去，没有提前任何的告知，弄的惊慌失措的，体验感不好！

环境非常好，每次出差杜拜都住在这里，酒店并且旁边和商场连接，星巴克，皮爷咖啡等应有尽有，一楼还有日料，对于出差的人来说能下楼马上吃到亚洲菜非常满足啦！

地理位置和早餐赢了。服务也超级好。酒店的泊车服务很到位，佩服这些小哥们可以抗住40多度的高温。 这家酒店绝对推荐。

我们开车来的，泊车小哥主动帮忙停车，还帮拿行李
酒店经理帮我们升级了港湾景房间，得知我们是晚上的飞机，还主动帮我们把退房时间延到了下午
酒店隔壁就是Marina Mall
早餐味道不错，但是非常偏西式，中国胃可能不习惯哈哈
酒店的床是我睡过最舒服的之一

Loved my stay at this hotel, the staff were excellent and super helpful, the room was cute (city view wasn’t great) and the breakfast was fantastic! The view from the marina was quite nice and it was super convenient to go to the Marina mall.

Overall its good but the breakfast staff arent the most attentive type. Hotel has good view and is in a good location
