We are family of 3 with a child. We booked premium king room with Marina view which appeared to be super miniature.
The reception at the hotel was not that friendly in a way that they acted mechanically not giving a piece of useful information about working hours of buffet, pool and so on.
Buffet service was greatly organized without any queues in the morning. The food was delicious.
In the evening, there were a bunch of Europeans and Americans who were heavily drinking and reveling wildly.

Proximity to Haram is great. Pricing is expensive. Food quality below average for this cost. Service and staff are all professionals are helpful.

這是我們來杜拜的第一站，位置稍遠，但環境還好，早上可以在河邊遛彎，很多西方人在跑步，酒店不大。有代客泊車服務。

杜拜服務一直一流，早餐豐富，服務員都面帶微笑！門口小哥會友好地幫忙停車，環境好，離旁邊的購物中心很近。后門出去就是停滿游艇的港灣，晚上很適合散步。

環境還是挺不錯的，唯一讓人不爽的就是最后一天突然搞一個消防演習，弄的立即從5樓跑下去，沒有提前任何的告知，弄的驚慌失措的，體驗感不好！

環境非常好，每次出差杜拜都住在這里，酒店并且旁邊和商場連接，星巴克，皮爺咖啡等應有盡有，一樓還有日料，對于出差的人來說能下樓馬上吃到亞洲菜非常滿足啦！

地理位置和早餐贏了。服務也超級好。酒店的泊車服務很到位，佩服這些小哥們可以抗住40多度的高溫。 這家酒店絕對推薦。

我們開車來的，泊車小哥主動幫忙停車，還幫拿行李
酒店經理幫我們升級了港灣景房間，得知我們是晚上的飛機，還主動幫我們把退房時間延到了下午
酒店隔壁就是Marina Mall
早餐味道不錯，但是非常偏西式，中國胃可能不習慣哈哈
酒店的床是我睡過最舒服的之一

Loved my stay at this hotel, the staff were excellent and super helpful, the room was cute (city view wasn’t great) and the breakfast was fantastic! The view from the marina was quite nice and it was super convenient to go to the Marina mall.

Overall its good but the breakfast staff arent the most attentive type. Hotel has good view and is in a good location
